Dear Parents,
First, I would like to introduce myself to you. My name is Katherine Deane and I am originally from Ontario, Canada. This is my third year teaching at grace and my second year teaching Pre-Kindergarten.
Welcome all students and families to Grace Christian Academy! I know that for some of the students in our class, it is their first time in a school setting; therefore, I will make every effort to help them feel safe and comfortable here at Grace.
In Pre-Kindergarten 1, the students will learn most importantly, how to socialize with others and the basic foundations for Literacy and Numeracy. Part of our day is also spent on Bible stories, Science, Social Studies and Art. In this class the students will learn all of the basic essentials that will be needed for the years to come.
I am looking forward to an exciting year filled with learning, growing and fun!
