Dear Parents of Sophomores & Juniors,
I am so grateful to be serving another year as the homeroom teacher for such a terrific group of students. The responsibility for me is much more than a person who takes roll. For me, it is a person, who can form a bond of trust and reliability with each student. Each morning we talk about issues important to teens today as well as fostering good study habits in a Christian environment. During homeroom time I act as the "nagging" mom, reminding all to complete homework and have the proper school supplies and attitude necessary for success. Our devotions this year will include the story of Joshua and some selected Psalms.
I ask all parents to seek out the good in your child, always encouraging them even when they have made poor decisions.
